About our Team

SEAN JOSEPH DURKIN, MD

Dr. Sean Durkin received his MD from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center here in Savannah. He went on to complete fellowship training in both Nephrology and Critical Care Medicine at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC prior to relocating his family back to Savannah. He currently practices as an Intensivist in the ICU at Memorial Hospital and serves as the Medical Director for Savannah Wellness Clinic and Precision Primary Care. Through his experience working in ICUs, he has become increasingly passionate about longevity and the prevention of disease, especially metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes, and their related effects on physical and mental health. He is a strong advocate for an integrated approach to mental and physical health care and is passionate about expanding access to psychedelic-assisted therapies, including ketamine treatment. For certain patients, Dr. Durkin believes that access to such therapies will not only provide benefits to their mental health but also empower patients to improve their physical well-being. In his spare time, Dr. Durkin enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their two daughters. He enjoys exercising and sampling all the fine cuisine that Savannah has to offer.


LYDIA STEARNS, PA

Lydia Stearns is a Physician Assistant with nearly a decade of experience in ketamine therapy. She attended South University for her PA studies and has lived and worked in Savannah since that time. Lydia is passionate about mental and emotional healing for patients. She enjoys educating and helping patients who are starting their journey with psychedelics. She has been quoted in Savannah Magazine regarding ketamine therapy and was previously featured in a news segment on WTOC regarding psychedelic-assisted therapy and ketamine. In her free time, she loves baking pies and going to the beach with her three daughters.


RYAN DURKIN, MD

Dr. Ryan Durkin is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who focuses on primary care with longevity, wellness, and obesity medicine in mind. He obtained his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Savannah and then completed his residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He has been working at Memorial Hospital here in Savannah practicing hospital medicine, but is eager to transition into full time outpatient care at both Savannah Wellness Clinic and Precision Primary Care. He is also currently accepting new patients for his primary care patient panel at Precision Primary Care.
